• Attachment: Allow users to download a link and attach it as a local attachment.
• Attachment: Allow users to upload large-size files to OneDrive and attach them as links.
• Signatures: You can now deploy managed preferences to disable the default signature. Details available here.
• *Copilot Summarize default language has been updated to use the content language of the conversation. User has an option in the summarize card to switch to UI language if required.
• Themes by Copilot: enable users to personalize their Outlook app with AI-generated themes that are unique to them, based on their favorite styles and contexts.
• Mail: Sort by categories allows users to organize and view emails based on categories, making it easier to locate and manage related emails efficiently.

• Email Notification Context Previews for Files Protected with Microsoft Purview: Notification emails for mentions, tasks, comments, and replies will now contain context previews even when the source document is encrypted, and the email will inherit the document’s security policies.
