Eisenpower v1.1.3 – Manage and organize your day-to-day tasks

by

Eisepower is all about saving time and getting more productive. The app provides a 4-quadrant structure for organizing your tasks by importance and urgency, a principle that goes back to Dwight D. Eisenhower, 34th President of the United States.
The first of those four sections is for important and also urgent tasks that are done at best by yourself and immediately. Then comes the “Schedule” section where you put in stuff that is indeed important but not that urgent and can easily be scheduled for later processing. Next are to-dos for delegating — dedicated to things that should be done immediately but that are not that important.
The last section “Really!?” is also a crucial part of the Eisenhower principle. You would put things in there that are neither important nor urgent. Meaning that these things really shouldn’t be done at all… Because knowing when to say “No” is very important in terms of good time management.
But that is actually not all Eisenpower is good for. With the ability to create multiple projects and to rename any of those four sections, you can easily customize the Eisenhower matrix to the needs of your very own projects.
Keep track of all your to-dos by creating reminders and using the built-in sharing services. It syncs your tasks to any of your Macs via iCloud and is enhanced for Retina displays. It’s uncluttered, easy to use, and beautiful.
